Vantage Wholesale UK Ltd (company no. 17260932) · Effective 24 October 2026 · These terms apply to everyone who takes part in the Vantage affiliate programme.
1.1 Vantage Wholesale UK Ltd ("Vantage", "we") runs an affiliate programme under which you introduce businesses to the Vantage member network and earn commission on the membership fees they pay us. The programme is offered at our discretion.
1.2 You join by applying through the Vantage portal. We review every application and may accept or decline it at our discretion. Your place in the programme starts when we approve you and you set your password.
1.3 One person or business holds one affiliate account, under one email address. An email address that already belongs to a Vantage member or supplier cannot also be an affiliate account. You must be at least 18 and, where you act for a business, authorised to bind it.
2.1 When we approve you we give you a personal referral link. The link never changes. Anyone who opens it and then applies for membership is recorded against you for 30 days from their last click on your link.
2.2 A business is credited to you when we approve its membership application and our records show it arrived through your link. That decision is made once, at approval, and is final. Our records decide; we cannot credit a referral after the event on the strength of a screenshot or a conversation.
2.3 You cannot refer yourself, your own business, or a business that shares your email address or phone number. An application that looks like any of these is approved on its merits but earns no commission.
2.4 A business that was already a Vantage member, or already recorded against another affiliate or member, is not credited to you.
3.1 Unless we have agreed other rates with you, for each business credited to you on the standard Vantage membership you earn 20% of its first paid month and then 10% of each of its next six paid months. After that seventh paid month you earn nothing further on that business.
3.2 Commission is calculated on the membership fee excluding VAT. On the standard membership of £299.99 a month that is £59.99 for the first paid month and £29.99 for each of the six that follow.
3.3 Commission is earned only on money we actually collect. A free trial, a £0 invoice, a failed or unpaid invoice, or a month a member does not pay for earns nothing and does not count towards the seven months.
3.4 If a business pays for a year up front, then when that payment is collected you earn at once the commission for every month of the seven that its year covers and you have not already earned, worked out as if it had paid monthly. For a business that starts on an annual plan that is £239.93. Any rates agreed with you individually are shown in your affiliate portal and, like everything in these terms, can be changed or ended under clause 10.
3.5 Your Earnings page in the affiliate portal is the record of what you have earned. Tell us within 60 days if you believe an entry is wrong.
4.1 If a payment that earned you commission is refunded, charged back or disputed, the commission on it is reversed in the same proportion. A reversal can take your balance below zero, in which case it is deducted from your next payout.
5.1 Each commission is held for 30 days after the member payment it came from, so that a refund in that window can be reversed before money is paid out. After the hold it becomes available.
5.2 We aim to pay available commission at the start of each month, once your available balance is at least £50. A smaller balance rolls into the following month.
5.3 Payouts are made by PayPal to the PayPal account you give us in the portal, or by bank transfer where we have agreed that with you. Before the first payout we verify the payout details and identity you give us; until that is done your balance accrues but is not paid.
5.4 Commission is paid gross. You are responsible for any tax due on it and for telling us if you are VAT registered. We may ask you for an invoice, or issue a self-billing statement, for each payout.
6.1 We count the businesses credited to you that are paying members today. When that count first reaches 10 you earn £100 off an order of your own with Vantage; at 50, £1,000 off an order of your own; at 100, £2,000 in cash added to your commission balance.
6.2 Each reward is earned once. A reward already granted is not taken back if a business later leaves. Order credits are applied to an order you place with us and have no cash value. The milestones themselves can be changed or withdrawn under clause 10.
7.1 Be truthful. Do not promise profits, returns or results, and do not describe Vantage as anything other than a wholesaler of stock to business buyers. Figures on deals are projections, as our Terms of Sale say.
7.2 Comply with the law and with the rules of every platform you post on.
7.3 Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, buy search advertising on the Vantage name, offer applicants money or rebates to apply, present yourself as Vantage, or use any method that records a click or an application that a real person did not make.
7.4 If we ask you to change or remove something you have published about Vantage, do so within 48 hours.
8.1 The portal shows you the businesses credited to you by company name only. You receive no contact details and must not seek them from us.
8.2 Deal information, member information, commission rates agreed with you and anything else you learn through the programme that is not public is confidential.
8.3 We handle your personal data as described in our privacy policy.
9.1 You may leave the programme at any time by telling us. We may suspend or end your participation, or close the programme altogether, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice.
9.2 When your participation ends or the programme closes, commission already earned on member payments we collected before that date, and not reversed, is paid under clause 5. Nothing further accrues after that date, including on businesses you referred earlier and including under any rate agreed with you individually. Commission earned by breaking these terms is forfeited.
10.1 We may change any part of the programme at any time, including the commission rates and how long they apply (rates agreed with you individually included), the hold period, the payout threshold, the milestones and these terms. We will tell you in the portal or by email, and a change applies from the date we give. Commission already earned on member payments collected before that date is not affected.
10.2 Nothing in these terms or in anything we tell you about the programme is a promise to keep it running, or to keep any rate in place for any period or for the life of any customer.
11.1 You take part as an independent business. Nothing here makes you our employee, agent, partner or representative, and you cannot make commitments on our behalf.
11.2 Our liability to you in connection with the programme is limited to the commission properly due to you. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11.3 These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
